Viewing Files
If you open a OneDrive file, using the applications on your computer, other users are prevented from accessing the file. Please remember to close the file when you are finished.
Alternatives:
- Download a copy to edit at your leisure.
- Use the web app to edit the file. Right-click on the file and select “view online”. This allows many users to edit the file simultaneously.
Problems with Login
Some users have reported that they are directed to the wrong login screen. If this happens try clearing your browsers cookies and try again.
